A 2.5% processing fee will be applied to all Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit card transactions.
A 3% processing fee will apply to all American Express credit card transactions.

To respect the time of our staff and clients, we kindly request
at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or changes.
A valid credit card is required to be kept on file for all clients.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service amount.
Same-day cancellations and no-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount to the card on file.
We sincerely appreciate your continued understanding, support, and loyalty.
HI TECH & CO provides a 15-minute grace period for all appointments.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be subject to a 20% late fee based on the scheduled service amount.
If a client arrives beyond the grace period and the stylist is unable to accommodate the appointment, the full scheduled service amount originally booked will be charged.
